Application Guide – One Squeeze, No Stress
1. *Prepare*
Wash and dry your hands, remove the pink cap, and hold the applicator.
2. *Insert*
Find a comfortable position and gently insert the applicator inside the vagina – only as far as your fingers.
3. *Release*
Press the plunger with your thumb or finger until the product is fully released.
4. *Finish*
Remove the applicator, replace the pink cap, and dispose of responsibly.
