Thank you for shopping with us at inti-shop.co.uk. We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or used, in order to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

30-Day Back Guarantee Policy
We value your satisfaction! To ensure a smooth experience, we offer a 30-day back guarantee on packs of 10 Inti Tubes.
Policy Details:

You may try up to 2 tubes from the pack.

The remaining 8 tubes must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

The request for return must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Once we receive the returned items in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed.
Note: Packs that are not returned according to these rules will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing and shipping our products, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@inti-shop.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
